GT Studios led both the architecture and interior design, giving the five-story building a bold, contemporary take on Art Deco detailing that sets it apart from typical affordable housing. Units range from one to three bedrooms and are affordable to households earning between 25 and 60 percent of the area median income, with a quarter of the units reserved for individuals and families at risk of homelessness. Residents share an outdoor courtyard, two community rooms, and a co-working space, all just steps from transit, Woodlake Park, and the Del Paso Boulevard corridor.
