Located within a new mixed-use development in Rancho Cordova, Stone Creek Village pairs a farmhouse-inspired exterior with warm, contemporary interiors throughout its clubhouse and amenity spaces.
GT Studios designed the interiors for Stone Creek Village's clubhouse, fitness studio, and communal kitchen and lounge spaces, layering warm oak millwork, white quartz counters, and brass and black metal fixtures for a welcoming, residential feel. A mirrored movement studio with a ballet barre sits alongside the fitness center, while the clubhouse's dining and lounge areas mix leather seating, patterned rugs, and abstract art into a flexible space for residents to gather, work, or unwind.
From the central pedestrian spine to the clubhouse's vaulted, fireside lounge, every layer of Stone Creek Village was designed to draw residents outside their units and into the life of the community.
