GT Studios designed the interiors for Broadstone Villas' clubhouse and amenity spaces, pairing warm wood tones and exposed beam ceilings with black stone counters, brass lighting, and layered textiles for a relaxed, residential feel. The fitness center carries the same material palette through wood-look flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool, while the clubroom lounge and kitchen create a flexible gathering space for residents to cook, work, and unwind.
